Has any one noticed if they wear all cotton to bed they dontsweat as much ? I have and if I wear some thing nylon or a knit I almost always have them

Cotton absorbs body heat and sweat, thus removing it from your skin. The other fabrics hold the heat and sweat between "them" and you...thus making you feel much warmer!

Yes, I certainly have noticed this! All my lovely satins and silks have been replaced by good ole' cotton!
