Hi,

Hope you are all fine and healthy. I just remembered the first time I made the most stupid mistake in my life, it was in 2000 and I was smoking and I had very bad cough.
I took 2 bottes of syrup medicine for cough, then 4 hours later I almost passed out. My father called something like 911, and they got me to the hospital. The dr was so young and she screamed, she never told me how high was my bp but I was so out of it so I guess it was severely high.

She gave me 2 IV injection, diuretics and after 1 hour she sent me home. I guess my bp was like 220/140, I was dizzy for few days THEN I got anxiety, depression, OCD and fear of death since that day.

Anyway, could that high bp for say 10 hours damage my brain at the age of 18? if so would I know about it?

Hi Mike!

Do you have any symptoms of brain damage, such as slurred speech, or balance problems, loss of muscle control, paralysis?
