limp my penis is 2.5 inches i am 16, but skinny, yet when i get erect it turns into a 8.5 inch beast, doesnt that sound wierd?? im not sure anyone with the same penis things, you would think it wouldnt get too big but its huge , and im only 16 do you think it will get bigger?

Well, some growth can continue until we are in our late teens and early twenties, although for most of us things are usually done by 16/17. Sure, what you describe is very common. Sorta referred to as the some are "show-ers" and some are "grow-ers" concept. Meaning, some penises are pretty small when flaccid and become monsters when erect, those are the "grow-ers." Others are just monsters all the time, or the show-ers.
