Hi,
I'm a 21 year old male. I'm not sexually active yet, but my girlfriend at I are getting to that point. I have a problem though, I find that when I masturbate, I have a problem staying hard for any length of time. If I'm stroking it, it stays hard and I have no problems, but if I stop it starts going soft after maybe 10 seconds. Is there anything I can do about that?
Also when I'm not hard, it tends to get very small like about 2 inches (when I'm hard it's a little over 7 inches.). I'm uncut and I don't know if this has anything to do with it. Please advise. Is there anything else I can do? I don't want to embarass myself the first time we do it.

When it goes soft can you stroke it again back to full erection?

Sounds like things are just fine to me. Flaccid size means nothing really. What matters most is that it works and you know that it works. Just a tip though, the first time isn't always the best. Your penis is used to your masturbation habit...speed, grip, technique etc....try as we might we simply cannot create a vagina to masturbate with. Your penis might have some "issues" getting accustomed to the real thing. Also, nerves, performance anxiety and all that may get in the way a bit. So, don't put too much pressure on yourself...this is a process that takes some practice. Take your time, have fun and the two of you should work together on making this work, and it WILL! I'd suggest that rather than going all out for sex on the first time....play around, do some mutual masturbation with each other and just get used to being sexual together...then add intercourse, and no it doesn't have to be on the first time attempt. Just have some fun and be creative. That'll help with the nervousness and some of your fears about size and things working right.

Yeah lordduzi after it goes soft I can get it hard again. Another thing that bugs me is that I can't masturbate all the way through orgasm, i mean I can get to orgrasm but once I'm shooting sperm I can't continue masturbating, and afterwards it goes soft pretty quickly.

I wouldn't worry too much about it. 7 inches is a very respectable size, no matter how small it gets when flaccid. It's also fairly normal for guys to lose their erection (unless they're turned on mentally as well as physically) when they stop masturbating, and for most guys it's common
for the intensity of orgasm to make continuing masturbation a bit of a... well, sensory overload, for want of a better phrase.
Just enjoy yourself with yur girlfriend... In today's media there is so much emphasis put on girls being pressured into sex, and not nearly enough attention on how guys are made to feel that they should be able to perform at any age, whenever a woman wants. It's your body - wait until you're ready! It'll be worth the wait in the end. ;)
