What to do when anxiety is knocking at your door.

#1: Catch it and shut it up. Do not let it tell you any story; SHUT IT UP.
If we can unconsciously make up bad stories, we can consciously change them.

#2: Search for evidence pointing out that something is really wrong, anxiety wants you to investigate and become your own private investigator.

Did you get a call, a fax, an email, a text message telling you something is wrong or bad? No, Anxiety carry a sign with it but you cannot read it if you are lost in worry.

The sign says: No Fact, No anxiety. Remember this sign every time anxiety knock at your door and shut it up right away; then search for evidence.

Every time you catch your teacher Anxiety; Celebrate your catch: It is hard work so validate your hard work, you are a winner!!!
