Hi!
I was diagnosed with PCOS 4 years ago when I was 16. A few months ago after unexpected weight gain, they checked my thyroid and I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. I thought that with proper treatment and good thyroid levels I would get rid of my pcos hormones, but that's not the case. After 6 weeks on medication and good results, I still haven't gotten my period or lost any of this weight. In fact, I gained ten more pounds.
Does low estradiol cause weight gain?

I got my estradiol and FSH results back and I was wondering if you could help me decipher them.
my estradiol is <32
ranges: follicular phase <or=212
luteal phase <or= 247
mid-cycle phase <or=480
post menopausal <or=32

FSH 4.4
follicular: 2.5-10.2
mid-cycle peak: 3.1-17.7
luteal: 1.5-9.1
post menopausal: 23-116.3
DHEA: 354 (102-1185)

By the way, I don't actually know what phase I was in because I haven't gotten my period since May (and that's because I was taking birth control)
So my estradiol level is that of a menopausal woman when I'm actually 20.
What do you recommend?
Is this pcos? Would metformin help? I got tested for insulin resistance through the glucose tolerance test and my results were actually good. I was reading about how progesterone cream helps. What do you think?

Sorry for the many questions!
Have a great day!
