Hi I am 19 years old and for quite some time now I have had a nagging soreness in the right side of my groin area. My right testicle is also larger and more sensitive than my left. I have felt around for lumps on my testicle and have never found one. For this reason I never really thought to much of it, because the soreness was nothing more than a mild discomfort every once in a while. However about 4 days ago while in the shower I noticed a small pea-sized lump on my right inner thigh up around my groin area. It is a hard bump that is very sensitive, border line painful when touched. I was wondering if anyone could give me any advice.

I'd say this may be a pimple or impacted hair follicle. Keep an eye on it, it may form a really red and swollen structure with a puss filled head. Although best to leave it alone (to prevent infections) you can open it and drain it, that would relieve the pressure and hopefully help with any pain. Be careful to keep it clean and make sure it doesn't get infected.
