Does anyone here know how to convert a testosterone measurement in nm/ml to Ng/dl?? is there a common number to multiply by or something like that?

If you mean mmol/L you multiply by 30 to get ng/dl so that the lower range of testosterone is 10 mmol/L and converts to 300 ng/ml |
