I have like white marks or little white dots which seem to be in litte groups on my foreskin i dont know what this is or if its anything harmfull, it doesnt hurt or anything its just white dots. can anyone advise me?

Do you mean outside or inside your foreskin?

erm, like, just inside the end piece of skin, the saggy bit which rolls over the head, if i stretch it out, i can see the things just inside on the tip area sort of

They are probablt Fordyce's spots, fatty material just beneath the skin. I have them on my lips. They do no harm.
