What is causing the pain in my thigh and hips?
for the last month i have when ever i sit for long periods of time or going to sleep my thighs and hips seize up and i cant walk. I tried walking but in leaves me in agony and i cant walk. It happens everyday and starts to ease by the evening but then i go to bed!
im only 22 what is causing this?

It could be a pinched nerve. But either way I would see dr and maybe get an mri.
