i'm wondering why everyone i've spoken to say they only have taken one of these at a time.
Do they both cause weight gain?If so, why woud a doctor prescribe both at once?
I know one is used for seizures and migraines also.

depakote is an anticonvulsants (for seizures) and it is also used for bipolar....zyprexa is an antipsychotic so it could be prescribed due to anything like schizophrenia or sleep or agitation or to help with the bipolar...i take depakote and seroquel...i took zyprexa and it gave me burning and itching reaction .....make sure to look out for weird mouth movements cause it could be tardsive dyskenia...or eps....if you get it stop it and tell you doc as soon as possible.
