Hi i just won my SSI case after 2 years.I have a few questions i hope someone can answer for me!1.Will i get back payments from the whole 2 years?2.Also i was receiving SSI 2 years ago and they cut me off,my mom was my payee back then but since i have won my case the judge orederd a payee to me from the couseling place i go to,can someone tell me if it is possible for me to fight this so my mom can once again be my payee?Please help i have heard stories about payee organizations ripping them off!
