Just out of curiousity, has anyone here heard of any major breakthroughs or studies taking place that will have profound effects on people with MS? Has anybody spoken with their doctors or read anything that gives you some very uplifting thoughts? Just curious...

I know of a treatment that could be helpful. Cantron is the main part of this treatment. my dad has ALS and is currently trying this, to soon to say if it's helping he's only been on it for 3 weeks but afew days ago he had a majore burst of ennergy that lasted 3 days wich at this stage in his disease does not happen. The treatment is inexpensive and they claim great succes in treating MS. But i have no proof of this as of yet. will check back soon Todd

I have been reading about "bee sting" therapy and stem cell therapy being positive in relieving pain in MS patients. Don't know how relative it is. Also my Doc has just given me small doses of neurontin w/ percocet for pain and it seems to ease the tremors.

My father in law has MS and does bee sting therapy on his own! He has bee hives and everything and he swears it helped and is helping him! Definately look into it! Tons of information available online...

Actually I have tried it once. I think I'm on too much medication to determine the effect, but I have read some awesome stories. If you come across any on the net let me know. Thanks!!!
