I just want to say that I am happy that you all have eachother for support. My father had MS for 12 years. He had "Chronic Prgressive MS" as the Dr's. put it. From the day he was diagnoses he literally went down hill. I was just 15 and as a teenager, it was difficult to deal with. My father went from a strong healthy man to a man who could barely walk then to a wheelchair and eventually he was no longer able to move himself. Sadly, my father passed away on 4/23/02 at the age of 44. I guess I am angry that he had to live with this disease and ultimately die from it. Many people live years and years with MS, I only wish my father were still here. I pray that a cure is found so that none of you will have to suffer from this disease any longer. Thank you for listening.
take care.

So sorry to hear the sad news. Forty-four years old is very young. I lost my mother to cancer, and she was only 47 years old, so I can relate and understand somewhat even though it was a long time ago when she died.
So sorry to hear that your Dad had this for 12 years. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family....
