For over 6 years I have had strange things happening to me. All of my symptoms come and go, none stay permanantly but these include: - One pupil occasionally bigger than the other, tiredness, toe joint pain, Lower back pain, muscle twitches, lightheadedness, dizziness, urgency to go to the toilet (both bowel and bladder), feeling nauseaous and other more minor things that may only stay with me for a day and then are completely gone. I really do not know what this is and I know the obvious response is "see a doctor". I would just like to know what anyone thinks here. I am male 31 years old.

I think the only way you're going to get any answers is if you go to see a doctor. If they suspect MS or anything else, tests will be done and then you would be referred to a neurologist. An MRI is the most common way of diagnosing MS (that along with a spinal or other tests sometimes). But sometimes it can take months/years to get a definate diagnosis. You really shouldn't put it off any longer, it's better to finally know what is causing these problems for you rather than guessing. Best of luck!
