Hi Everyone!

I just thought i would sit on my soap box here, and say how proud i am of myself for not have had an anxious feeling come over me in two days! this is a big deal- i recently have had a hard struggle with some Anxiety attacks on an almost daily basis, and feel i am moving through it now. so, i wanted to brag and encourage all of you to praise yourself too- even if its an hour without a racing heart, or a whole day at work where you werent checking your heartrate.. lets all give ourselves a pat on the back! (i know, i am supa cheesy!)

congrats, nice to feel normal sometimes! I seem to be going through a cycle of 4 days OK, 3 days feeling anxious, no idea why!

Anyway hope it continues for you :)
