Hi Jasmine, and welcome

How unpleasant for you. How long have you been experiencing these feelings? Have you had a physical examinaiton to rule out other possible causes?

Best iwshes,

Hi Jasmine

If you have not been checked out by the doctor, it could be well worth a visit. It may be anxiety or it could just be Vertigo. A sign of Vertigo is that the dizzyness is still there when you are in bed and turn over with your eyes closed. Does reading make you feel sick? do you feel better when traveling in the car (because the rest of the world is moving as well). Is it worse when you are still?. The doctor will be able to check this out for you.

Wowza Jasmine!
you and i seem to be on the same boat with anxiety/panic! i experience this feeling as well during anxious times.

i do agree you should be looked at, just to make sure you arent developing an ear infection- but most likely, if you only feel dizzy/swaying feelings when you are panicy/anxious, its simply that- part of the panic and anxiety.

hang in there,

I also have a lot of dizziness, and that "swaying" feeling. It causes me to go into a panic a lot of times, because I'm always afraid I'm going to just pass out or something. I've also developed a fear of heights because of it, and the motion of a car sometimes makes it worse. I'm not always sure its due to anxiety, since my meds are finally starting to kick in, and I still have it. Maybe Vertigo is the problem, and probably something to look into. I hope for all of our sakes, that this is just another "passing" phase of anxiety, and we will all feel better soon!!!!!! Good luck to all!!!
