Wow!!!!
My head feels like its going to explode today, and it's felt this way for the past two weeks. I get a lot of dizziness from it. Anyone else have this problem with meds?? I've been on Zoloft for one month..and my doc tells me to give it time..but if I have to feel like this, maybe I need to switch meds, or else start thinking I have a brain tumor or something. The Zoloft is also supposed to help with depression, but I seem to still be getting depressed, and cry a lot because I'm so tired of never feeling good. How do all of you deal with having anxiety, the meds, and everything that goes with it. I'm having a real hard time!!!!

Hi Butterfly!

i know how you are feeling- everyone says it passes in time, but i couldnt handle it (with Prozac).
i do know someone who was on Zoloft for three weeks and she complained that it made her feel disengaged, depressed even more and anxious.
maybe, if you can, try and give it two more weeks, or set a time frame- thats what i did with Prozac when the side effects got really bad that i would quit it in "X" amount of days.

hang in there!

Hi Butterfly, and welcome
I took Zoloft for a short time, (maybe I didn't give it enuf time), but it gave me h/a's.
I'm with Raina, have a time frame, or ask your doc if you should be having such bad h/a's and should you give it a little longer.
Depression is so hard to deal with and if you read some of the posts. . .you'll find you ARE NOT alone. We all have our "down times" and cry http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/bigcry.gif on each others shoulders. Keep your chin up and remember, there's lots of people suffering just like you and we just talk to each other, tell the good, bad and ugly of how we feel.
Keep posting, so we know how you're doing!
