woke up this morning feeling like i was "coming down with something" i guess that is normal for panic. I had no physical pain and no temperature but my body just felt icky to where i wanted to lay down in bed and not move. Does anyone get like that with there panic?

Yes I get that alot. I can tell as soon as I wake up if its going to be a bad day or not. Usually i will feel shaky or my muscles feel tight and I just feel out of it. On those days I dont get much done. I think its normal with anxiety. I also find that its hard to tell whether im really sick or if its just anxiety. I cant tell the difference anymore. I hope you feel better.

your very welcome. I know just how you feel because I feel the same way. I have such a hard time explaining this to people because I guess to them I look normal. Plus they have never felt like this so they dont understand. Its nice to have people who do understand. Hopefully one day we will feel the way we used too.

Hi Sarah, Spotty and Niecsey,

I know it feels awful but I hope you take some comfort in knowing that you are not alone...that can be one of the most difficult aspects of anxiety...

Best wishes,
Chrys. :)

Hi everyone! So glad they made this board. Me and Jaxman will visit often. He is now going to his psych. every three months! I hope this will be ok for him. I feel he needs to have reinforcement. Don't want him slipping back to the "Monster" days...

I definitely know the feeling of waking up knowing it's going to be a bad day.

When I was working my last job, some days I would wake up stiff, sore and really spaced out - I would basically stumble into the shower, my eyes stinging.

Those days were the worst. My legs felt weak as I walked to my car, my whole body felt trembling and insubstantial ... I also felt (and this is particular to my disorder) slightly askew physically.
Concentration was nonexistent and I felt `starved' for air.

On those days - I suffer from chronic neck/upper back pain - I knew that I was going to be tight and sore, anxious and out-of-it all day long at work. And I was always right.

I feel for all of you. No one understands unless you have this horrible panic disorder. I wish I could just be healthy mentally and physically.
