Hey all :) I came across these boards in a random search for info on phobias, and it seems theres a board here for most of my problems! cool huh :D so erm hey, I'm a housebound agoraphobic, with social phobia and panic disorder. Had panic disorder for 5/6 years, which started as a school phobia and developped further, 2 years ago agoraphobia arose from it. I'm overcoming all this, which is ahard task but I'm getting there slowly :) have any of you had these same problems?

Im trying to get through agrophobia myself, im lucky enough not to have become totally housebound yet but yeh-it is a struggle, ya sound pretty strong willed so i hope you'll cope with gettin over this just fine :)
