Hi everyone,
Today a big mouthed friend of mine ran into this lady that is a Counselor...She was telling her all about my"problem"when she doesn't know left or right bout it...Anyways the lady told her I should give her a call to set up an appt...Well I called her office and talked with her...What she told me made me shudder!!I knew the woman long before she became a Counselor,I know her husband and their fmailies..I had known her husband had some type of Heart prob,she said it was due to Panic Attacks...Now Im fretting if Im gonna or not gonna have a heart attack!!Im for certain she told me this so I would straighten up and relax,but she scared the wee lovin winkies outta me!!Why can't they see we don't need to hear this sort of stuff??

My best girlfriend told me the other day that I was going to have MS!!!!!I couldn't believe she would say something like that to me when she knows I already have anxiety!!!She figures that because I am under so much stress that I will end up with MS since it is linked to poor diet and stress!Her cousin has it so she figures that she knows alot about it!!Well I let it stress me out for a while but then I started thinking that I already HAVE SOMETHING......It's called an anxiety disorder and once I learn to control my feelings I will be better ! YOU WILL TOO!
If you are worried about your heart take magnesium it's good for the heart,nerves and muscles.
