just wanna give an update on my situation:
am stll having great difficulty(and fear&anxiety)with the chiropractor. no matter how hard i try, i cant seem to relax&get very tense(which makes the muscles tense)which makes it near impossible for an ajustment& if i have a panic attack, that makes everything worse. thnx 4 listening. why cant i relax????

Oh Andrea, I do hope that things get better for you and find a happy medium. Life can be such a hassle - especially when you have issues to deal with.

ty ((((((neicy)))))))))))))) i need it cuz i was there last night&still had 2 attacks, but at least now the poor guy knows why. i finally made myself tell him, he was really sweet about it too, he said he couldnt believe a dr would try&do that. im goin to dr today for some buspar. hopefully that will help.

im at my witts end!!!!! last night was disasterous.... 5 attacks with the dr!!!!!(2 over my back, 2 over my neck& 1 b/c he took the el;ectode pads off my back(which involves lifting my shir which was the real prob)
geez if thats how it was last night, the next 2 appts should be really interesting b/c i will not have haedly any med inme b/c i need to stay awake mon&wed. hope u guys r better than me.

thjanks sweetheart. what really worries me is what monday will bring b/c im only gonna go there with a max of 1mg in me with no other meds cuz i dont have time to be sleepin at 830! and yet last night i had 2mg. plus, mon i gotta see that jerk thats gonna me major trouble(it always is), directly followed by the dr im already struggling with. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAh!
