my back is still killing me, god help me... just what i need: pain& a visit to the chioro w/o atarax. i am noyt takin that anymore, was gettin headaches& heart palps from it. gonna hopwefully be on buspar by early next week.

Glad we could give you a good laugh. I know I've had some days that I thought I just might call my psych and ask him to have me committed...then I got on the boards, and before I knew it I was laughing and so much better!

thanks bev. i will but, most likely completely panic filled just like the prev. 2. i hate him, i swear. and the worst part? i can only take like 1mg xanax MAX possibly less cuz if i take more, ill be asleep&miss 7 H& im not doin that! wed too cuz im goin out after the chiro so ill have very little in me. tonighgt went very badly, yet again. grrr!!!!! 5 attacks tonight... 2 with my back, 2 with my neck& 1 b/c he lifted my shirt to take off electric pads :(
