Andrea, I thought I had found a new sleeping med that wasn't a benzo and I found Atarax. Worked like a charm for a couple weeks. I can't take it now; at least not for a while. It began destroying my sleeping patterns (as if I have a pattern), waking me up all night.
I'm quite disappointed in Atarax.
