Hi, I was getting B-12 intramuscular injections in my leg and caused some nerve damage. The nerve is not severed but it is damaged. I was wondering 1. will this heal itself 2. if so what can I do to help it along (work the muscle with atrophy/don't work the muscle with atrophy).

3. will this be this way forever ?
