Ever since I have been on Topamax (not including the side effects) my periods have changed. They are much heavier and they come sooner. I also find that I have acne that itches and looks awlful...I never had that before. Is anyone else having any of these issues on Topamax? I am 46

how much do you take? I have been on it for months but I am on low dosage 50mg daily but was up to 100mg daily and the only thing I noticed was more tremor
my periods have actually went the other way and have gotten not as heavy and not stayed as long
I have noticed them coming on a little sooner though now that you mention it
maybe you should ask the doctor about it or maybe even the pharm. they should be able to ease your mind
