if you go to the fibromyalgia board you will find many people with fibro have this symptom. in all my research it is the only disease i could find with the tight band syndrome. What does your doctor think you have? What other symptoms do you have and where do you get the tight band feelings?

Hi - i have been diagnosed with ddd in my neck and spine with compressed disks in my neck and from the bottom of the T's to S1 with the worst of those being l4/l5 also have arthritic changes in my spine and arthritis in my hip (severe) and my knees (moderate) and last but not least the reason for my presence on this board pariferal neuropathy with dead nerves in corrosponding areas of both legs. the docs usually test for fibro when nothing else is showing up to create the symptoms - in my case there is plenty to cause nerve irritation/damage/death so they didn't consider it necessary to look for fibro -
oops forgot to answer the where do i get it question. i get it across my left shoulder blade running from my spine out to th epoint of my shoulder the twanging is at the point of the shoulderblade - i also have gotten it down the front of my left leg
