I have a burning feeling in my inner thins. My Doctor told me that it is a forum of Paresthesias and sent me for a blood test and a complete head neck and back MRI all came back negetive, I was put on Neurontin this has helped and over a 5 year period I have been able stop taking and medication. However after taking an antiinflamatory for 10 days for a shoulder injury the feeling returned and now is as bad as it was 5 years ago.
