I'm a 15 year old male, and i'm still afriad of the dark and being alone. I always have to stay in the coner and watch the entire room until I fall asleep at night. I'm not scared of ghouls, vampires, the undead, murderers, burglars, or anything like that, the only think i'm really scared of is aliens. I always feel like i'm being watched, I sometimes hear weird sounds, little prickly things touching my feet and other scary stuff. What the hell do these aliens want from me? God! Why are they harassing and terrorizing me! Why can't the just show up and face me instead of doing these little weird things to scare me?

There are no such things as aliens, its your imagination teaming with your senses and getting the best of you. Try to read before you go to sleep.

Hey, I sometimes think that there are other lifefroms out there too! Don't worry, though. They aren't out to get you. Seriously. When things touch your feet or you feel like you aere being watched, think of it to be a positive thing! Like, I don't know, angels or spirits of relatives, stuff like that. Think logically-IF there are definatly aliens from another galexy, why would they go after you? Not very likly, huh?

Very true. If there are other forms of life, why would they mean harm? If they did, why would they choose you out of all forms of life in the entire universe? I was never really afraid of aliens. Until I was twelve I had an organized route of monster checking before I went to bed. I would first enter my room, walk to my bed, lean over it and check under the bed, turn, walk to my closet, check the left half, check the right half, check behind the door, and finally get into bed. Now and then I would pull a fast one, a "surprise check" to zap with light the ones which could have hid. No monsters ever got to me!

you mentioned God so i assume you believe in him. do you read the bible? if you do you know that it is like our "instruction manuel" for life it tells us all the things we need to know. the Bible recorded that the earth was not hanging from anything and also that it was round before anyone ever realized it. the Bible also mentions the galaxsies and that god know every star in the sky so if he created "other life forms" then they would have been mentioned in the bible and they are not.

If there were aliens they wouldnt hurt us. Think abou it. We discover a newplanet we would be aliens to them. Would we go over there with machine guns and blast the dickens out of them. No. :)

Okay hun, I'm a 15yr old girl, and i'm still kinda afraid of the dark. I know nothing is there, right? well what if there is something there? Maybe not aliens but than again it depends on what you classify as an alien, maybe it's a spirit trying to get your attention. Or maybe it's just you? Either way, you should try this neat trick i have, it helps me whenever i can't get to sleep because of fear, Flip your pillow over. It might work. Also,the feet thing, sleep with socks on.
