I am over 30 adult diagnosed with add. I have been on ritalin for several months. I really have not noticed a real difference. I am still what I call unfocused. I am taking 10mg a day.

Everyone is different and some meds. work for some and not for others. Maybe your doctor can try something different and see what kind of results there are. alazay 01-22-2001, 10:57 AM I guess you are like me. Ritilin never worked for me, no matter what the dosage was.
