It runs hand in hand...I was originally diagnosed 'HYPER" and given valium to calm me down. My problems as many others have experienced was 'lacking good chemicals' in my diet.
Eat natural, stay away from all sugar and processed food and chemical additives, take B vitmains 100mg and zinc 20mg and feel better in no time!
