i've never really talked about my obsessions i never really knew they were obsessions i used 2 count the money i had in my pockets when i was away from home like at school or out just 2 make sure i had money 2 get home i would stop and i would never carry a £5 note it had 2 b coins beacuse i could hear thenm and feel them.another obsessions is that when i see a poster with words or an advert with words or numbers i would copy them in my mind like writing them in my mind but i could only do it a certain way like it had 2 go down then a cross then down again if the word or number didn't work with the down across system it would make get worked up.i also sleep facing the wall or if i am on my back my head will b facing the wall i would never turn 2 face the otherside and the actual room.i talk 2 myself in my mind all the time like i would with another person but i dont hav friends and never go out so maybe that's why i do it.i also if something has happened then i would just mutter 2 myself out loud and it doesnt make senese the words arent even words. i also do abit of hairpulling not offen but it happens as i said i havent really spoken about my obsessions so i dont know if this will make sense 2 n e 1 or even if they r really obsessions

it sounds like you are uncomfortable with these things. please seek out your local mental health center. most go on a sliding fee scale. find a counslor you are comfortable with. you might have to go see a couple different ones till you find the one right for you. i would also suggest seeking out a club or group to join. church groups are great. just take baby steps, find one small group to join, something you like.
i believe we all have things we do in life( count money, worry if we have enough) BUT when they interfer with our daily life that is a sign of a problem.
i believe you posting here is a great first step. next is asking and seeking help.
good luck
