Hi,
I have a problem called body dysmorphia, it has recently brought on my Ocd, I can't stop thinking that I have to repeatedly check to see if my underwear is sitting 100% accurate, if it isn't right, it causes me great anxiety and depression, and i would really like to know if anyone else has suffered from this problem.
I know it sounds silly and embarassing, but I would like to know that I'm not the only one with this problem, I know there are a lot out there who are ashamed and embarrassed to say so because noone is brave enough to admit it.
Please if someone could reply to my post, i would really appreciate it, and it will help me , and you to know u aren't the only one sufering from this problem. The 1st step to being brave, is posting in here, reading other posts that can help u understand and cope with the problem.

Please reply if u have the same problem or have recovered from this problem, reply and let me know!

I dont think that is unusual for OCD. You are just checking over and over even though you know its ok. Same as checking the stove or a locked door over and over.
