Hello everyone,

Please respond if you could. I wanted to see if this sounds like add. Here goes--I have a hard time concentrating, focusing and finding the right words to express my self. I don't usually feel hyper but spacey and zoned out. I am disorganized and messy, I have trouble with detail and getting things done. I am 33 and have never had a serious relationship.:-( I have trouble reaching orgasm with my partners.I have tried Ritilan but it just made me feel more adjitated. I have not tried Adarall or Concentra.
Any thoughts would help. Thanks!

Sounds like it could be ADD. Why don't you go get tested so you know for sure.

I agree. Go in and get tested so that you know for sure what is causing your problems. Once you are tested they can recommend what your next step should be regarding your problems whether it is ADD or not.

What you say sounds very much like my boyfriend. He is 32 and is very messy, stutters or has a hard time getting words or sentences out and a lot of time I don't understand him when he gets like that. He is very unorganized i.e., time management always late, always forgetful, he has very sporadic sleep patterns--meaning he may not sleep more than 4 hours in one night, not to mention that we have a hectic sex life in that sometimes we have "dysfunction" when it comes to loosing an erection and he has a very low sex drive. He told me he has ADD, but he isn't on medication it. He is on anit-depressants because he deals with depression. I myself aren't clear on whether or not he truly knows this is true, but he said they told him this in school. I get very frustrated with him...what to do?

NATURAL Vitamin B complex 50 mg, 20 mg of chelated zinc and 250 mg of C will help you a lot.
As I have posted countless times, a lot of essential vitamins and nutrients are missing from the food supply. Don't try to diagnose the problem, fix it. Vitamin supplements are a great start. You will feel better in about 3 days...more stamina, better concentration and more deep sleep.
Try it...what have you got to lose?
B
