I was on Abilify for just a month or so but unfortunately I had some major side effects and had to stop. The main problem I had with it was that it made me EXTREMELY restless! It was like I had total ADD and couldn't focus on ANYTHING for any amount of time. I couldn't even sit and watch my favorite programs on TV. It was a horrible experience for me, but I'm sure other people have been helped by it. BTW, Abilify is usually prescribed for schizophrenia and related mental illness.
