I don't know if this is O.C.D. related or not but no matter where I am I have to look in a mirror to make sure nothing is on my face. If anyone even looks at me I assume it is because I have something on my face. Also, on a different note, is it O.C.D. related to obsess about people you hardly know? Not in a dangerous way but just sort of think about them alot?

Hey. I do the same thing. I always ask m b/f if there is something on my face. I usually don't believe him and end up hunting around for a mirror.

Same thing with the thinking a lot about stragers. If I see someone I think is interesting, I will think about them the rest of the day, wondering what they're like, etc. This is even worse if they actually bump into me and say 'hi' or something.

However, I can't tell you if these are OCD related or not. I do have OCD... so it seems if they could be related. I also have other illnesses that could possibly cause this. So... I don't know.

Anyone else out there with OCD do this?

It is worse if they happen to speak. I forgot to mention but I have been told I have O.C.D.
