Am wondering if HRT has improved bone density readings for others. I've been on calcium supplements but ceased them after becoming terribly constipated. Bloated and nauseated as well. I've had two spinal surgeries and requre analgesics that also constipate. Just too much for my system to tolerate. I went through hell with constipation.

I'm currently relying on HRT to boost my bone density. What might I expect from this?
