I have a T score of -3, I'm on HRT, Actonal, calcium and vitamin D. I had a stress fracture in my foot two years ago. Now the question... How do I recognize a verterbral fracture and what should I do about it? The other day I turned my head and I heard my neck crack. The pain comes and goes, it is not excruciating, but I have some referred pain with it. Do I go to the doctor? Maybe I just strained it. If it is an osteoporotic fracture..so what. What can he do about it?
