I had a bone density test done and was told the test results exhibited osteoporosis. Can someone explain how bad my problem is:
BMD (g/cm2): 0.853
BMD SD young: -2.892
BMD SD Age match: -1.154
I'm a 74 year old female.

a t score of greater than -2.5 is considered osteoperosis
