They helped my friend. Some people have a bad time with it. Most get little results. It is a good starting place. I would try it, except I react badly to steroids. Not a permanent solution. My friend had one shot and then some more about 4 months later. She has been doing pretty good for about 8 months. Most don't have such good results, from what I read.

Probably worth trying. Make sure they use a flueroscope (TV like thing). There are some risks.
