Bear with me while my mind wanders. Does anybody remember seeing The Sound of Music? In there Julie Andrews sings to the guy that she must have done something wonderful to have gotten this guy and they are both madly in love with each other. Well I want to know who did I p___ off. Was I meant to be in pain the rest of my life as some sort of hell on earth? Am I paying my dues for something I did or said? Sorry I'm ranting I had a bad day at the DR office with no relief in sight.

Pain is a price we pay to be human. I feel for you. I too know how it is to be refused treatment or not get adequette pain treatment. It took me a while to get things situated. I have condition which produces tumors in my body they are benign. But the tumors are everywhere and they hurt soo much 24/7. I also have Cerebral palsy. So I know how pain goes...Its a aweful big cross to carry. I have a long road ahead of me and I hope to live life to the fullest each day and make the most of the time that was granted to me on this earth.

Keep perservering...Dont let the pain win!!.. Keep strong and know that the storm always is followed by a rainbow and sunny skies.

P.S. What do you suffer from?.

Carpal tunnel surgery on R wrist 1 1/2 years ago that didn't work and then almost 1 year ago I fell on both hands (flat handed). Pain in L wrist stayed and R wrist has gotten worse. I try my best not to let it get to me. I took myself off 3 of the 4 antidepressants I was on cause I didn't like the fact I gained 50 lbs and wanted to sleep all the time. Thank you for answering me.

No problem. I know how pain is, I have lived with it all my life. Now that I'm going on twenty I got to ask myself how is life going to be when I not only feel old, but when I am actually old.
