I tried Bextra for about 3 weeks. I never got any relief from my pain. After the third week, about 2 hours after I had taken a dose, I srarted getting some sort of tremors. Although tremors aren't listed as a side effect in most places, i did find some places on the internet that did list it.
Of course I'm sure many people have used it and had good relief, so it's worth a try.
good luck,

How much pain are you referring to? I have incredibly intense menstrual cramps, the kind that doubles you over, and my doctor gave me Bextra. It works wonders and totally numbs the area. In fact, Bextra is especially for menstrual pain, although I know it is used in many other fashions.
My fiance, who had an excruiating, can't work, can't think, can't live headache for over eight months, on the other hand, got no relief from it. Good luck trying it!! :)

I have numerous fibroma tumors all throughout my body, non cancer, severe chronic pain. Which is being managed with Morphine Sulfate, 3x a day. But the pain clinic wants me to take topamax and bextra, they say it would help the MS cover the pain in a wider fashion. I think the MS alone will alievate the majority of the pain.
I also have cerebral palsy on my left side, I cant walk as well as I used to, When I walk my left leg drags and my ability to run is gone now. I'm starting to feel down.

I've tried Celebrex, Vioxx, and now Bextra. None did the job that was claimed on tv for pain. I don't have arthritis but have severe bursitis in hips and shoulder.
