Hi everybody, just a quick question here to get either someone's opinion or (if possible) factual knowledge. Which is supposed to be stronger - Norco (10 mg hydrocodone/325 tylenol) or Percocet (5 mg oxycodone/325 tylenol)? Obviously the Norco is higher miligram, but of a weaker base drug. So if anyone knows I'd appreciate it. Thanks

Percocet is stronger than the Norco. Oxycodone is a stronger drug stonger than morphine as well. I have been on it for awhile as well as the OXY IR and it works for me.

I reckon that a 10mg Norco would be about the same as a 5mg Percocet.Mg for Mg,oxy is stronger than Hydrocodone. Some like Vicodin better than Percs. It,s all a person to person thang, man.JB
