Hi
Could you tell me the name of those books so I could learn the massage therapies for my back as you said to do for your self. Geez, it would be hard, but I sort of do stuff like that now on my own. I just need the exact location for this horrible mid-thoracic pain(left side of spine). Please help w/ info as I need it for my back. Soleil..thanks

Well, since I seem to get my posts removed when I mention book & author, all I can suggest is to go that big on-line book seller's (unamed) site & search "trigger point theapy". There's only two books useful for the non-professional on this subject that I'm aware of.
Pain is funny in that the site of same is not where its actually coming from, so massaging your upper back will not be very useful if the knot you need to dissipate is actually in the muscles of your neck.
