Just once I'd like to go the Dr.'s and get GOOD news. My Deneration decided to kick into overdrive for some reason. L5-S1 is for the most part gone,L5 75% gone but I still have close to 50% of L4. It seems as though I get myself down to what I think are reasonable and functional dosages something goes hay wire. So I'm back to morphine(30mg), norco(10mg)and valiums for spasms. Still hurt so bad I feel like shouting from the roof top (just can't get up the stupid ladder!) Quess I needed to vent before I go back later today. Lake

Lake,

So sorry to hear that you have More bad news. You can vent here just as much as you need to. You have a wonderful sense of humor... I know mine has kept me from falling apart more than once.

Take good care!

Hi Lake,I was curious about your post, you said you still hurt pretty bad, that you were takin 30mg Morphine,10mg Norco for pain. That is not really THAT much pain meds.Do you mean TOTAL or several times a day or is that it?If so,you,re fairly undermedicated for that kind of pain.Jack B.
