Hello all,
I'm back fropm vacation and we had a great time. I love the SanDiego area. My pain was well controlled and all. Only a few really rough days that we didn't do alot. But in all it was great. I'm so glad that Char and I were able to do this for the first time in years. Since my health before was so unpredictable. Autumn of friend of mine lets talk. We have alot of catching up to do. I missed you and everyone here alot. I just got back from my PM Doc this morning for a check up and meds and all. He is the greatest. He was so happy for my wife and me to be able to go and have fun for the first time in years. We did a little adjusting of my meds again. He want me to take 80mgs of methadone a day up from 70mgs and he wants me to take my Oxy IR during the day and he was addimant about me taking the dilaudid and bedtime. Oh well. He wants my pain more conrolled because of the interferon shots and all and working and all. Well I love you all. Its great to se alot of new members here. Welcome to all of you....

Oh my God :) Matt :) my long lost bestfriend!! Read my few postings and that might catch you up some. Good Morning Matt :)How are you today? I have missed you very much. You can read what I have been up to including a 10 day detox on my vacation under my thread to Hiking Fan. The detox was actually easy this time probably because I was away from all the stress of home and I had my Red Bull energy drink that they dont sell here in Canada and my One A Day multivitamins for women with Iron :) Only had to use the Immodium twice and the Ativan 3 times just half a pill at a time. I had the Ativan with me for the flight home mostly as I tend to get a little jittery waiting for take off lol. So as it stands now I am taking about 4 and a half to 5 tabs a day. I was taking 6. So in awhile when my tolerance builds again and wants to go past 6 I will do my little thursday to sunday detox and hope it works as well as this one has.
I really dont want to go to the long acting meds if I can get by like this. I will be starting school again next week to take another course and we will see how the stress of that affects my pain level it usually brings it up a bit because of the concentration I have to have. But we will see. My new puppy is a handful thats forsure her name is MYA and shes a little Pitbull we got her for free cage acsessories and all from people that lost interest in her and had her living in her cage. Say hi to Char for me and I hope to see you soon.

Hey oh friend of mine. I check to see if you were on last night a couple of times and just kept missing you I guess. I too have missed you alot. I'm so glad and proud of you be able to detox the way you have and are getting good results. I wish alot of times that I could detox every now and again. But the times I go down on my meds just a little my pain level shoots straight up the the stratus sphere LOL. Oh well. I hope that I can catch you toight online. I really want to talk to you. I need to go to work today yuck. But I know there is alot of things to clear up since I've been away for so long. I do love you and miss you and hope to catch you online.
