Good afternoon everybody, I am just wondering if any of you think it would be alright to talk to my pain doc about trying bt meds again, right now I am on oxycontin 30mgs in the morning 20mgs in the afternoon and another 30mgs in the evening along with elavil 25mgs at bedtime. And this dose seems to be helping me greatly but I do have some bt pain once in a while but it does not happen very often. We did try percocet a while ago did not help. And for a while I did not need anything but now it would be nice to have a small amount of something just in case.I prevoiusly was on duregesic 50mcgs every 2 days and we tried demerol 50mgs,percocet,and dilaudid 2mgs and none helped a whole lot for bt pain and I was having it alot, so that is why we switched drugs.Anyway I know it is totally different when working with a different drug but does anybody have any suggestions in finding a bt med that might be of use to me and or if I even should have any for the few times I have this bt pain, thanks Ruko.
