Can adhesions block bowel and not be detected by microscopic sugery? I was last checked for palups but non found but problem still exsist.

I don't know about the surgery and detection, but adhesions can most definitely block bowels. In fact, thats one of the only reasons a surgeon will open you up to remove adhesions, if they're blocking off bowels.
