I am just wondering how you know if you are allergic to acetaminophen waht are some symtoms?

Hi I'm not sure what the signs of the allergies might be, but I know that it will do a real nasty number on your liver. Please be careful. I think the ceiling on APAP is 2500/day but I could be way off the mark on that one. Take care Lake

Hi! I think one of the most frequent "allergic" reactions to Tylenol is a very itchy feeling on your skin which sometimes can be seen as a rash.

Maximum daily dose for APAP is not to exceed 4 grams, which is 4,000 mg. So if you take tylenol or other meds that contain 325 mg of tylenol, no more than 12 per day. If 500 mg, no more than 8 per day. If 750 mg, no more that 5 per day. And so on.

Not 100% on this one, but I believe maximum daily dose on Ibuprofen is 2,400 mg (Ibuprfen does not agree with me at all, so not totally certain on this).

i think it depends on the condition of your liver and the other meds you may be on.

oh, and alcohol comsumption. it shouldn't be taken at all with booze!
