THANKS FOR YOUR HELP ON TYLENOL /EARS RINGING THE ONLY REASON I AM AFRAID TO SWITCH MEDS FROM ROXICET TO OCS IS ALL THE HYPE AND PROBLEMS GETTING SCRIPT FILLED ON OCS DO YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS OR ANONE YOU KNOW HAVE PROBLEMS FILLING OCS

Hi JW, OxyContin is the long acting version of oxycodone. OxyIR and Roxicodone or the liquid version oxyFast are both short acting meds that don't have tylenol in them meant for BT pain. SO you wouldn't be subjest to the OxyContin scrutiny simply by switching to a short acting med without any Tylenol.
IT's not always the best to ask for a specific med but if you express your concerns about tylenol intake your doc does have several options for short acting meds without apap. Good luck, Shore
